DISPENSING
We dispense NHS and private prescriptions on a walk-in basis and may be able to order special items if required. We also dispense prescriptions written by french practitioners.
Delivery of Medication Via Same Day, Next Day, domestic & International courier((Chargable))
For customers who are unable to visit the pharmacy we may be able to offer a home delivery service. Please ask at the counter for details.
UNWANTED MEDICINE
We will dispose of any unwanted medications safely on your behalf.
REPEAT PRESCRIPTION
We can collect repeat prescriptions on your behalf from your doctor. Ask us for more information about this service.
MEDICINE CONTAINERS
All medicines are dispensed in child-resistant containers unless you ask us not to.
EMERGENCY SUPPLIES
We can help you obtain emergency supplies of your medicines if you urgently need them and cannot see your doctor. Ask for details.
DOSSETT BOX MEDICATION
We provide the weekly dossett box programme allowing patients to get their medication on the right day at the right time.
REPEAT DISPENSING
This is a scheme where the doctor can issue batches of prescriptions for up to a year for suitable patients. Please ask for information on this service.
MEDICAL SALES & ADVICE
We stock a wide range of healthcare products, including medicines, incontinence aids, diagnostic products and disability. We also offer over the counter advice.
Non-Travel Vaccination Service
We provide both Private and NHS Flu Vaccines. Additionally, we offer private vaccinations for Meningitis, Hepatitis B, and various other vaccines. Feel free to inquire for more details and a comprehensive list of vaccinations that we can assess and administer
Travel Vaccinations
We offer a range of travel vaccinations at our pharmacy, where we assess and administer all major travel vaccinations
Yellow Fever Vaccination Centre
Yellow fever is a serious infection that is spread by a certain mosquitos. Only 12 people were known to have contracted the virus between 1999 and 2018, of which none had been vaccinated. Therefore, if you are travelling to areas where there is a risk of getting yellow fever, it is advised that you have the yellow fever vaccination.(Certified Yellow Fever Clinic to assess & administer Yellow Fever Vaccinations)
FREE MEDICINES CHECK
If you have been getting your prescribed medicines from us for the last three months you are entitled to a free medicines check. It is a chance for you to ask questions about the medication that you are taking.
FREE STOP SMOKING ADVICE
We provide free advice and support to customers who wish to stop smoking.
WEIGHT MANAGEMENT ADVICE
We can give you advice on the best way to achieve and maintain a weight that is right for you.
PRIVATE CONSULTATION AREA
We are able to offer consultations in private area for confidential or sensitive issues.
Blood Pressure Check Service
Having high blood pressure increases your risk of heart attack and stroke, so knowing your blood pressure could save your life. Our pharmacies are offering a free NHS hypertension screening service to all adults over 40 who are not currently being treated for hypertension by their GP surgery.
Athletes Foot Treatment
Athlete’s foot is a common fungal infection that affects the feet, usually between the toes. The infection tends to occur on very sweaty feet, and can affect girls, boys, women and men of all ages. We are providing variety of athlete’s foot treatments.
Hair Loss Treatment
Hair loss is usually nothing to worry about. We lose between 50-100 hairs daily. However, if you are noticing hair loss more than normal, it can be a sign of a medical condition.Whilst most hair loss doesn’t require treatment, if your hair loss is causing you distress then there are private hair loss treatments available.
Hayfever Tablets & Treatments
Hay fever, a prevalent condition, impacts numerous individuals, particularly during late March to September, when pollen levels peak. This allergy to pollen can lead to various symptoms. Our pharmacy team is ready to offer guidance and suggest preventive measures to assist you in managing hay fever effectively.
Hepatitis B Vaccine
Hepatitis B is a liver disease that can cause mild illness or a serious lifelong illness. Our hepatitis vaccine can provide protection against the virus for people at high risk.
Morning After Pill (Emergency Hormonal Contraception (EHC))
EHC is commonly known as the morning-after pill. If you’ve had unprotected sex, taking the morning-after pill within a few days can help prevent pregnancy. We offer a chargeable Morning-After Pill service.
PATIENT MEDICATION RECORDS
We keep records of all your medications dispensed by us. We won’t do this if you ask us not to. We comply with Data Protection Act and the NHS code of practice on confidentiality.
UTI Treatment
A Urinary Tract Infection (UTI) typically results from bacteria, often originating from feces, entering the urinary tract. This bacterial infiltration occurs through the urethra, the tube responsible for expelling urine from the body. Women are more susceptible to UTIs due to their shorter urethra, making it easier for bacteria to reach the bladder or kidneys and trigger an infection. Our pharmacy offers UTI treatment services.

We offer Private and NHS Flu Vaccines,. Private vaccinations for Meningitis and Hepatitis B is available. Ask us for more information on other travel vaccinations for going abroad.
